在５０个引物中分别筛选３８个引物和３７个引物能在朋娜、大三岛脐橙二个品系和马叙、星路比葡萄柚二个品系扩增出清晰的带型。其中在３８个引物中有５个能在朋娜和大三岛上扩增出差异。３７个引物有３个能在马叙和星路比上扩增出差异。
In 50 primers, 38 primers and 37 primers were screened respectively, which could amplify clear bands in two lines of Puna and Namascus Mudanjian and Ma Xu and Xinglu than Grapefruit lines. Of these, five out of 38 primers amplified the difference in PNA and Panda. Three of the 37 primers amplified differences in the MA and STAR ratios.
