目的：探讨Ｍ２方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤（ＭＭ）的治疗效果。方法：回顾１９７７～１９９６年用Ｍ２治疗ＭＭ２８例，计量资料用ｔ检验，生存期用Ｋａｐｌａｎ－Ｍｅｉｅｒ法。结果：总有效率９３％，中位生存期３５个月。不良反应轻微。结论：Ｍ２方案治疗ＭＭ疗效好，值得临床作为常规方案进一步应用
Objective: To investigate the effect of M2 regimen in the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods: A total of 28 cases of MM were treated with M2 from 1977 to 1996. The measurement data were analyzed by t test. The survival period was determined by Kaplan-Meier method. Results: The total effective rate was 93%, and the median survival period was 35 months. The adverse reaction was slight. Conclusion: M2 regimen is effective in treating MM and is worthy of further clinical application as a routine regimen
