日前,由中国食品工业协会举办的白酒国家评委年会在江苏省苏州市召开。一批全国白酒专家以及国家级评委共160余人参加了年会。年会由中国食品工业协会副秘书长马勇主持。会上,评委对茅台、五粮液、湘山等72个国家名优酒样的感官质量、酒体设计报告和理化检验报告等有关资料进行综合评审。经过多位国家级白酒评委严格打分,15轮密码编号暗评,桂林湘山酒业的“50.8°桂一号”浓酱
Recently, the annual meeting of white wine national judges organized by China Food Industry Association was held in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province.
