介绍了非活性硝酸粉末的理化特性、对地层的溶解力及其与常规酸化工艺的差别,分析了配入非活性硝酸粉末酸化工艺的增产因素。现场试验表明该硝酸粉末与其它酸配合使用,可增大酸化区域,降低酸化成本,同时还能有效地降低地层二次污染。探讨了非活性硝酸粉末在酸化过程中所起的特殊作用。该工艺实施简单方便,增产效果显著。
The physical and chemical properties of non - active nitric acid powder were introduced. The dissolving power of the non - active nitric acid powder and its difference from the conventional acidizing process were analyzed. The factors that increased the yield of non - active nitric acid powder acidizing process were analyzed. Field tests show that the nitric acid powder with other acids used in conjunction, can increase the acidification area, reduce acidification costs, but also can effectively reduce the formation of secondary pollution. The special role of non-active nitric acid in the acidification process was discussed. The process is simple and easy to implement, increase production significantly.
