下属的上司依恋模式(SAWM)对领导过程及结果的影响是企业管理理论研究的一个新的方向。通过对上司依恋模式自我模型和他人模型结构及作用原理的分析,提出上司依恋和回避维度对情感承诺的影响假设,通过预调研和大规模调研对研究假设进行验证。研究结果支持了上司依恋模式的二维结构(焦虑维度和回避维度)以及与此相对应的自我模型和他人模型;两种模型通过不同的方式影响到领导过程:高的上司依恋回避会带来低的情感承诺,上司依恋焦虑维度对这一关系起到调节作用,焦虑水平越高,上司依恋回避与情感承诺间的负向关系越明显。最后探讨了上司依恋模式对管理实践的意义。
The subordinate boss attachment mode (SAWM) on the leadership process and the impact of the results of business management theory is a new direction. Through the analysis of the model of supervisor attachment model and the structure of others’ model and the principle of action, this paper proposes the hypothesis of influence of boss attachment and avoidance dimension on affective commitment and verifies the research hypothesis through pre-research and large-scale investigation. The findings support the two-dimensional structure (anxiety and avoidance dimensions) and the self and others models of the bosses’ attachment patterns; the two models influence the leadership process in different ways: high boss attachment avoidance Low emotional commitment, boss attachment anxiety dimensions play a regulatory role in this relationship, the higher the level of anxiety, the more negative the relationship between boss attachment avoidance and emotional commitment. Finally, it explores the significance of boss attachment model to management practice.
