本研究探讨细胞外基质及其受体在胃癌细胞分化、浸润与转移以及血管生成中的作用。制备敏感性、特异性较高的抗层粘连蛋白(LN)抗体 IgG 的Fab-HRP 交联物,应用该交联物及抗纤维联接蛋白(FN)抗体、抗 VLA 亚族结合素单克隆抗体,对45例胃癌、16例非癌胃粘膜进行免疫组化和免疫细胞化学研究。结果显示:(1)非癌粘膜中,LN,FN 呈连续、均匀的细线状分布于上皮和血管基底膜中,FN 亦呈
This study investigated the role of extracellular matrix and its receptors in the differentiation, invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells and angiogenesis. Preparation of a Fab-HRP cross-linker with high sensitivity and specificity to anti-laminin (LN) antibody IgG using this cross-linker and anti-fibronectin (FN) antibody, anti-VLA subfamily binding monoclonal antibody , 45 cases of gastric cancer, 16 cases of non-cancer gastric mucosal immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry. The results showed that: (1) In non-cancerous mucosa, LN and FN were distributed in a continuous and uniform thin line in epithelial and vascular basement membranes, and FN was also present.
