细胞介导的细胞毒试验不但能测定机体的细胞免疫功能,而且是探讨某些疾病的病理机制的重要手段。其测定方法有:同位素法、形态学法和酶释放法等,目前以前两者最常用。但同位素法因试剂、检验仪器和同位素污染等问题,其应用存在一定局限性;而形态学法往往需要两人同时进行双盲计数,费工费时;酶释放法克服了上述两种方法的主要缺点,但因其应用受靶细胞所含胞质酶的种类及量限制,并且影响酶活
Cell-mediated cytotoxicity test can not only determine the body’s cellular immune function, but also an important means to explore the pathological mechanism of certain diseases. However, the isotope method has some limitations due to the problems of reagents, test instruments and isotope contamination. The enzyme release method overcomes the major problems of the above two methods But its application is limited by the type and amount of cytosolic enzymes contained in target cells and affects the activity of enzymes
