通过一系列工艺试验,针对9Cr2MoV型高碳合金工具钢提出了一条高效新颖的热处理工艺流程,经该工艺处理后的工件淬硬深度符合实际生产的技术要求。该工艺的最大优点是体现了当今社会节能环保的主题。
Through a series of process tests, a highly efficient and novel heat treatment process is proposed for 9Cr2MoV high-carbon alloy tool steel. The hardened depth of the workpiece after the process meets the technical requirements of actual production. The biggest advantage of this process is that it reflects the theme of energy conservation and environmental protection in today’s society.
