提取过程采用部分转移有机溶剂,气相色谱外标法测定桔子汁中的脱氢乙酸,样品回收率为96%~104%,国标方法测定样品的回收率为80%~93%。该方法标准曲线线性关系良好,R值为0.99985。验证试验中,样品测定的变异系数为0.2%~1.1%。方法简便、快速、准确,适于无脂肪食品中脱氢乙酸的实验室检测、比对工作。 The extraction process was carried out with partial transfer of organic solvents. The GC method was used to determine the dehydroacetic acid in orange juice. The recovery rate was 96% -104%. The recovery rate was 80% -93%. The standard curve of the method has a good linear relationship with an R value of 0.99985. In the validation test, the coefficient of variation of the sample was 0.2% -1.1%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for laboratory testing and comparison of dehydroacetic acid in non-fat food.
