采用有限元程序ANSYS对加竖杆的空间KK型圆管相惯节点进行了有限元分析,考虑材料非线性和几何非线性,研究了支管无搭接时此类节点的应力和塑性区分布规律、节点变形等受力性能。分析时考虑了主管径厚比γ、主管与支管的直径之比β两个无量纲参数对节点破坏模式和极限承载力的影响,并与KK型节点进行了比较,提出了加竖杆的空间KK型无搭接节点承载力低于KK型节点的观点。
The finite element method ANSYS is used to analyze the phase-coupled nodes of the KK-type pipe with vertical bar. The material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity are considered. The distribution of stress and plastic region distribution of such joints at the non-overlap , Node deformation and other stress performance. In the analysis, the effect of main diameter-thickness ratio γ, the ratio of the diameter of the main pipe to the branch pipe β on the failure modes and the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint is considered, and the comparison is made with the KK-type joints. KK non-overlapping nodes bearing capacity is lower than KK-type nodes point of view.
