改革开放以来,随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的生活质量也在不断提升。现代高层建筑逐渐开始向多功能、大空间、大跨度方向发展。而现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工技术无论在结构承受力方面还是在节能减排方面都具有较高的优越性。这种结构不仅可以提升水平刚度、加强结构承受力,还大大降低结构自重。本文根据我国现阶段现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工技术现状,对现浇筑混凝土施工技术优点以及施工方法和注意事项进行浅析。
Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of society and economy, the quality of life of people is also constantly improving. Modern high-rise buildings gradually began to multi-functional, large space, large-span direction. The cast-in-place concrete hollow floor construction technology in terms of structural affordability or energy-saving emission reduction has a higher advantage. This structure can not only enhance the horizontal stiffness, strengthen the structural tolerance, but also greatly reduce the weight of the structure. According to the current status of construction technology of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor in our country, this paper analyzes the advantages of cast-in-place concrete construction technology, construction methods and precautions.
