3将顾客分类服务思科最具特色的服务是将顾客分类服务。为此,思科建有特殊的专用数据库。利用这个数据库,可使一部分用户获得密码,允许他们接近公司的某些重要信息,而对另一部分用户则保密。这就使思科能灵活地按顾客的不同类型创建内容和服务。第一层次是最广泛的网上居民,他们只是想浏览一下思科的产品目录阅读产品年终报告。这类访问者获得的关注和信息优先权最少,但思科并不忽视这类顾客,它欢迎他们回馈信息。
3 Customer Service Classification Cisco’s most distinctive service is the customer classification service. To this end, Cisco has a special dedicated database. Using this database, some users get passwords, allowing them access to some of the company’s important information, while others are kept private. This gives Cisco the flexibility to create content and services across different types of customers. The first level is the broadest resident population who simply want to browse through the Cisco product catalog reading product end-of-year reports. This type of visitor receives the lowest priority and information priority, but Cisco does not ignore such customers and welcomes their feedback.
