慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (ＣＯＰＤ)经常伴有营养不良 ,并对细胞免疫和体液免疫产生不利影响 ,从而增加感染危险性。本文就ＣＯＰＤ稳定期患者和健康对照者的迟发型免疫反应(ＤＴＨ)和后期变态反应 (ＬＡＲ)进行了比较 ,就利用皮试评估营养状态 ,以及根据ＤＴＨ和ＬＡＲ评估ＣＯＰＤ
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is often associated with malnutrition and adversely affects cellular and humoral immunity, thereby increasing the risk of infection. This article compared delayed-onset (DTH) and late-stage allergic (LAR) responses in stable COPD patients and healthy controls to assess nutritional status using skin tests and to assess COPD based on DTH and LAR
