随着新课改的全面展开,“小组合作”的学习模式作为一种颇具创意的教学理论与策略体系,目前已被广泛应用于小学教学实践。但由于教育对象年龄小,缺乏竞争意识和合作技能,所以小组合作学习在教学应用中,常会出现启而不发、各唱各调等现象;评价时轻个性发展、创新精神,轻集体评价,严重影响了小组合作学习应有的效果。
