目的比较电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)与原子吸收分光光度法(AAS法)在注射液金属元素含量测定中的适用性。方法分别采用ICP-OES法与AAS法测定注射液中钙、镁、钠、钾的含量,并对线性、准确度、精密度和定量限进行研究。结果 ICP-OES法线性相关系数均为r=1.0000,准确度分别为99.1%,99.3%,99.6%和100.0%,精密度分别为0.32%,0.08%,0.05%和0.06%;AAS法的线性相关系数分别为r=1.0000,0.9999,0.9994和0.9984,准确度分别为100.5%,100.0%,100.4%和101.6%,精密度分别为0.24%,0.25%,0.08%和0.43%,两种方法的定量限均符合定量检测的要求。结论ICP-OES法与AAS法相比具有良好的适用性,可以替代传统的AAS法测定注射液中金属元素含量。
Objective To compare the applicability of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) and atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) in the determination of metal elements in injection. Methods The contents of calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium in injection were determined by ICP-OES and AAS, respectively. The linearity, accuracy, precision and limit of quantification were also studied. Results The linear correlation coefficient of ICP-OES was r = 1.0000, the accuracy was 99.1%, 99.3%, 99.6% and 100.0%, respectively, and the precision was 0.32%, 0.08%, 0.05% and 0.06% The correlation coefficients were respectively r = 1.0000,0.9999,0.9994 and 0.9984 with the accuracy of 100.5%, 100.0%, 100.4% and 101.6% respectively, with the precision of 0.24%, 0.25%, 0.08% and 0.43% Quantitative limit are in line with quantitative testing requirements. Conclusion ICP-OES method has good applicability compared with AAS method, which can replace the traditional AAS method to determine the content of metal elements in injection.
