伴随分子标记的发展,大量棉花纤维品质相关QTLs被定位在遗传连锁图上,为标记辅助选择和QTL聚合育种提供了条件。为了探索不同QTL位点聚合与棉花品质的关系,选用棉花品质相关QTL密集分布区间的48对SSR引物,对48份棉花种质进行了多态性检测。结果表明:在参试材料中有3个优质基因SSR位点与纤维长度和纤维强度达到显著相关,并且包含优质基因QTL位点越多,纤维品质表现越好。本研究认为,筛选到的3个位点可以作为优质纤维主效QTL用于聚合育种,并具有较高的基因聚合遗传效应表现,为下一步分子标记辅助聚合育种提供了理论参考。
With the development of molecular markers, a large number of QTLs related to cotton fiber quality were mapped on the genetic linkage map, which provided conditions for marker-assisted selection and QTL breeding. In order to explore the relationship between different QTL loci and cotton quality, we selected 48 pairs of SSR primers from 48 QTLs with high QTLs in cotton quality to detect 48 cotton germplasms. The results showed that there were three SSR loci in fiber quality and fiber length and fiber strength were significantly correlated, and the more QTL loci containing high quality genes, the better the fiber quality performance. In this study, the three selected sites can be used as the main QTL for high-quality fiber for the polymerization breeding, and have high genetic aggregation performance, which provides a theoretical reference for the next molecular marker-assisted breeding.
