随着素质教育理念的普及和新课程改革的实施,我国小学语文教学质量和效果正在得到不断的提升,学生的基本语文素养逐渐形成。在有序开展小学语文教学活动的过程中,教师们不同的教学风格也在其中得到凸显。教师教学风格时教师个人素质和师德品格的体现,给予学生潜移默化的影响和感染,进而在教学过程中让学生得到全面有效的发展。在新的教育理念下,教育部门鼓励教师形成具有个人风格的教学方式,并为教师发挥个人教学特点创造民主自由的环境,与此同时,教师也要提升自身的积极性,在加强自身专业素养的同时,发展出有利于教学效果的个人教学风格。本文结合目前小学语文教学情况,分析了小学语文教师的教学风格形成现状,并探讨了小学语文教师教学风格形成的路径。
