应用~3H标记的伪石蒜碱、脱氧胸苷及尿苷参入作用在艾氏腹水癌(EAC)研究了伪石蒜碱的作用机理。已证明癌细胞中测得~3H-伪石蒜碱的量68%在其细胞DNA中。已证明伪石蒜碱在较低剂量下可引起DNA合成的肯定的抑制,而在较高浓度下才抑制RNA合成。在伪石蒜碱处理的EAC细胞中,~3H-脱氧胸苷参入EAC细胞受抑制,除去伪蒜石碱后不同时间内,渗入率倾向于增加,形成递增型曲线,这提示伪石蒜碱不引起DNA结构的永久性破坏。反之,它可能嵌入DNA分子中,而干扰DNA的生物合成。
Pseudo-Lycinerine, deoxythymidine, and uridine incorporation were applied to Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC). It has been demonstrated that 68% of the ~3H-pseudo-petalline measured in cancer cells is in its cellular DNA. Pseudo-Lycinerine has been shown to cause a positive inhibition of DNA synthesis at lower doses but inhibit RNA synthesis at higher concentrations. In the Pseudo-Lycinerine-treated EAC cells, ~3H-deoxythymidine was inhibited in EAC cells. After removing pseudo-garlicum, the infiltration rate tends to increase, resulting in an increasing curve, suggesting pseudopetitin Does not cause permanent damage to the DNA structure. Conversely, it may be embedded in DNA molecules that interfere with the biosynthesis of DNA.
