以4年生大棚双膜栽培的夏黑葡萄为试材,研究不同植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对其果实安全性、果实增大、果实品质、当年营养生长指标的影响。结果表明:用碧护5000倍+果美400倍、18 mg/kg奇宝+碧护5000倍、20 mg/kg奇宝处理进行果实安全性检测,在花后10 d的第一次检测就达到国家标准;与5 mg/kg奇宝+3.3 mg/kg施特优、20 mg/kg奇宝+12.5 mg/kg施特优、20 mg/kg奇宝的处理相比,果实增大效果明显,营养生长表现优良,且叶面积、叶厚度与叶片质量呈显著差异,但果实品质略低。从试验结果来看,夏黑葡萄比较适宜在生产上采取用碧护5000倍进行花穗拉长,用果美400倍+18 mg/kg奇宝保果,用碧护5000倍+20 mg/kg奇宝促进果实增大效果较好。
