湿式圆筒磁选机工作时,吸着在圆筒上的精矿到达磁场边沿不能自动脱落,目前都是利用高压水冲洗排卸。笔者在卢氏钽铌矿工作期间,曾在一台永磁式圆筒磁选机上安装了一组象浮选机刮板一样的装置。刮板边沿的运动轨迹与精矿区磁场边沿的圆筒表面相切(见示意图)。这样刮板被磁场感应后吸住精矿,随着它的转动而把精矿带出磁场。因此使用少量冲洗水就可以将圆筒上的精矿排卸干净,而且可以减轻圆筒的磨损,还可以提高回收率和生产力。刮板的支架、轴应使用非导磁性材料,如铝、
