激光是治疗尿道肉阜方法之一。我们于1986年以来应用激光治疗尿道肉阜23例,取得满意疗效,报道如下。临床资料本组23例,均为已婚女性。年龄23～82岁,其中23～40岁3例,44～60岁17例,69～82岁3例。病程3个月～1年5例,2～4年17例,4年以上1例。患者均有不同程度的局部疼痛、出血和排尿时尿道口的灼热感等临床症状。肉阜约0.5～1.0cml7例,1.5～2.0cm4例,1例累及尿道口近1周,1例合并有伞状处女膜。13例做病检:乳头状瘤型7例,血管瘤型3例,肉芽肿型3例。治疗方法及结果本组治疗全部在门诊施行。年龄较大、精神紧张者适当给予镇静剂。患者取截石位,常
Laser is one of the ways to treat urethral caruncle. We have applied laser treatment of urethral caries since 1986, 23 cases, and achieved satisfactory results, reported as follows.
