目的:采用熵权法优选湖北海棠叶中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率、总黄酮及根皮苷含量为综合评价指标,选取乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量及提取时间为影响因素,应用熵权法确定各因素的客观权重,通过Matlab编程实现提取工艺的正交试验优选。结果:最佳提取工艺为10倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:熵权法可用于中药提取工艺优选,使用Matlab编程可减少正交试验计算量。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Begonia officinalis Sieb. Methods: The extract yield, total flavonoids and phlorizin were used as the comprehensive evaluation indexes. The volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of solvent and extraction time were selected as the influencing factors. The objective weight of each factor was determined by entropy method. Orthogonal test of the process is preferred. Results: The best extraction process was 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, each time 1 h. Conclusion: Entropy method can be used to optimize the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine. Using Matlab programming can reduce the amount of orthogonal experiment.
