本文分析了157例BPH凸入膀胱腺体的不同程度,对膀胱出口造成梗阻做了分级测量,探讨其对膀胱工能影响的程度。现报告如下。 资料与方法 157例BPH,年龄51~78岁,平均年龄63.2岁。经腹常规测量前列腺大小,用凸入膀胱腺体的顶端至环绕膀胱颈部前列腺的垂直距离来分级。一级<1cm,二级>1cm,同时观察尿道内口是否移位、平坦等声像。嘱病人排尿后用经验公试测量剩余尿量:V=5×P×H 5为常数,P为膀胱横切面最大面积,H为耻骨联合上缘至膀胱顶的高度。使用日产ALOKA SSD—870型和1400型超声仪,探头频率2.5~3.5MHz。
This article analyzes the 157 cases of BPH protruding into the different degrees of the bladder glands, bladder outlet obstruction caused by a grading measurement to explore its impact on the degree of bladder work.
