【Abstract】The imagine of Shelley’s “Ode to the west wind” vividly represent manly beauty. Reading this poem， we feel a vast boundless and grand emotional world.

“Poem represents will”. Poet’s excellent idea， grand spirit， its surface form is inevitably the majestic and intense， great and boundless.

With living hues and odours plain and hill”. In the second chapter， the poet described the west wind in sky invincible might： She shakes earth， surges the expansive sky， drives away thunder ，lightning， even rain and hail.
