视网膜静脉周围炎又名Fales病或青年复发性玻璃体出血。本病可能与结核有关，但临床病例多数不能发现活动结核病灶，是结核的过敏反应所致，男性40岁以下发病为多，平均年龄约为27岁。中医称本病为暴育，多属实证，辩证为气血瘀阻，阴阳偏盛、火热上炎，气血不足，我院门诊对已确诊为视网膜静脉周围炎，中医称暴盲的7例早期患者，取中西药结合治疗，使出血吸收快，治疗期中未再出血，视功能恢复良好。
