目的:分析胸、腹腔镜联合手术对食管癌的临床疗效。方法选择我院2008年至2015年40例食管癌患者,按手术方式将其分为对照组(开胸手术)及试验组(胸、腹腔镜手术),每组20例。对比两组术中及术后情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组术中出血量更少、胸腔引流量更少,拔管时间更早,住院时间更短(P<0.01)。试验组术后并发症发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组60.00%(P<0.01)。结论采用胸、腹腔镜联合手术治疗食管癌具有出血量少、引流量少,拔管时间早,住院时间短、并发症发生率低的特点。“,”Objective to analysis the chest,the clinical curative ef ect of laparoscopic combined surgery of esophageal cancer.Methods 40 patients with esophageal cancer patients,ac-cording to the operation,it can be divided into the control group(thoracotomy surgery)and experimental group(chest,laparoscopic surgery),20 cases in each group.Compared two groups of in-traoperative and postoperative conditions.Results compared with control group,experimental group less intraoperative blood loss,the chest of less,extubation time earlier,shorter length of hos-pital stay(P<0.01).Group the incidence of postoperative complications was 10.00%,significantly lower than the control group 60.00%(P<0.01).Conclusion the chest,joint laparoscopic surgical treatment of esophageal cancer has the less blood loss,less traf ic,early extubation time,shorter hospitalization time,the characteristics of the low incidence of complications.
