矫治牙列轻度拥挤常常采用扩大牙弓的方法获得间隙，排齐牙齿。螺旋扩弓器能快速、有效地扩大牙弓，增加牙弓的宽度，提供排齐牙齿所需的足够间隙。方丝弓矫治器在三维空间上能有效地控制牙齿移动，精细调整牙位，使牙列排成理想牙弓形态。两种矫治器联合应用，使矫治器的效能优势互补，缩短了矫治疗程。本研究将两种矫治器联合应用矫治牙列轻度拥挤２０例，通过对矫治前后牙牙合石膏模型的测量比较，观察此方法对牙弓、基骨的宽度和长度的影响。结果表明治疗后比治疗前，牙弓、基骨的宽度增加，统计学分析有显著性差异。而牙弓、基骨的长度增加甚微，统计学分析无显著性差异。提示：对处于生长发育快速期的青少年，矫治牙列轻度拥挤，有限度地扩弓，增加牙弓、基骨的宽度是适宜的。
Correction of light crowding crowns are often used to expand the dental arch approach to obtain clearance, alignment teeth. Spiral expander can quickly and effectively expand the dental arch, increase the width of the dental arch, to provide enough clearance to align the teeth. Square wire appliance can effectively control the movement of teeth in three-dimensional space, fine adjustment of the tooth position, the dentition arranged in the ideal arch shape. The combination of two kinds of appliance, make the appliance of the appliance complement each other and shorten the course of the appliance. In the present study, 20 cases of mild crowding of dentition were treated with two kinds of appliance, and the effect of this method on the width and length of dental arch and base bone was observed by comparing the model of orthodontic gypsum before and after orthodontic treatment. The results show that after treatment than before treatment, dental arch, the width of the base bone increases, statistical analysis were significantly different. The dental arch, the length of the base bone increased little, no significant statistical differences. Tip: In the fast-growing adolescents, correction of mild crowding crowns, limited expansion of the bow, increase the width of the dental arch, the base of the bone is appropriate.
