热轧12MnTiNb钢,由于冲击韧性不好,必须采用正火热处理方法来加以改善,当钢中碳化物或碳氮化物的体积百分含量一定时,在某一温度下,阻止钢中奥氏体晶粒长大的这些质点有一临界尺寸。所以钢由900℃到1000℃正火时,有相当好的低温冲击韧性,低碳锰钛钢中加入微量的铌可以进一步细化奥氏体晶粒.根据Hall—Petch公式,对950,1000,1100℃正火钢的屈服强度诸项强化因素的影响进行了定量估算,与拉力实验结果基本一致。
