以二乙烯三胺为起始原料合成了一种大环多胺合镍的配合物[Ni(hto)]Cl2.2H2O(hto-1,3,6,9,11,14-六氮杂环[12.2.1.169,]十八烷),通过X-单晶衍射确定其晶体结构,并用元素分析、红外光谱、热重对其进行了表征。分析结果表明,该配合物属于斜方晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数:a=14.143 6(13)b,=8.780 4(8)c,=14.659 9(13);α=β=γ=90°;Z=4,V=1 820.6(3)3,Mr=420.03,Dc=1.532 Mg/m3,F(000)=888,R1=0.034 0,wR2=0.090 9I,>2σ。金属镍与大环上4个氮原子以变形平面正方形方式配位。分子之间通过氢键作用构成超分子体系。CCDC:779 796。
A novel macrocyclic polyamine-nickel complex [Ni (hto)] Cl2.2H2O (hto-1,3,6,9,11,14-hexaazacyclo [12.2.1.169,] octadecane). Its crystal structure was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, FTIR and thermogravimetry. The results show that the complex belongs to orthorhombic, Pbca space group with unit cell parameters: a = 14.143 6 (13) b, = 8.780 4 (8) c, = 14.659 9 (13) ; β = γ = 90 °; Z = 4, V = 1 820.6 (3) 3, Mr = 420.03, Dc = 1.532 Mg / m3, F (000) = 888, R1 = 0.034 0, wR2 = 0.0909I, 2σ. Metallic nickel and macrocycle 4 nitrogen atoms to the square plane deformation plane coordination. Supramolecular systems are formed by hydrogen bonding between molecules. CCDC: 779 796.
