AM真菌是土壤共生真菌中分布最广泛的一类真菌,有研究表明其对植物次生代谢有影响,现以“京欣1号”西瓜品种为试材,以不同连作年限土壤为试验土壤,在温室盆栽条件下,研究了接种AM真菌对不同年限连作西瓜根内和根围土壤中酚酸类和黄酮类含量的影响。结果表明:接种AM真菌能够有效的提高根系内总酚的含量,增强西瓜根系抗病能力,减少土壤中酚酸类物质的积累,不论连作年限的长短,接种AM真菌对连作土壤酚酸类物质的积累都具有较强的抑制作用;根系内总黄酮的含量变化与总酚的变化趋势较为一致,呈不断上升的趋势,说明AM真菌有效的提高了根系内次生代谢物质的含量,且在一定程度上增加了连作土壤中黄酮物质的含量,且连作年限不同,对黄酮类物质的含量影响效果也不相同。
