目的:研究参连汤在大白兔心肌缺血时防治T波电交替(T wave alternans,TWA)的离子基础。方法:建立大白兔左冠状动脉前降支结扎造成急性心肌梗死模型,测定假手术组、模型组、参连汤大剂量组、参连汤中剂量组以及参连汤小剂量组TWA、恶性室性心律失常和心性猝死的发生率,测定Ca2+浓度以及ATP酶活性。结果:参连汤各组动物的各种ATP酶活性升高,TWA的发生率减少,恶性室性心律失常减少,实验动物死亡率明显降低。同时我们还发现使用中大剂量参连汤疗效显著,明显优于低剂量组,尽管低剂量组也有效。结论:参连汤能有效控制TWA的发生发展,显著减少了恶性室性心律失常,疗效与剂量有关。
Objective: To study the ionic basis of Shenlian Soup in the prevention and treatment of T wave alternans (TWA) during myocardial ischemia in rabbits. Methods: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) model was established in the anterior descending coronary artery of rabbits. The rats in sham-operated group, model group, Shenliantang large dose group, Shenliantang middle dose group and Shenlian Tang low dose group were treated with TWA, Incidence of arrhythmia and sudden cardiac death, determination of Ca2 + concentration and ATPase activity. Results: The activities of various ATPases in the rats of Shenlian Tang increased, the incidence of TWA decreased, the incidence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia decreased, and the mortality of experimental animals decreased significantly. At the same time we also found that the use of large doses of ginseng soup significant effect, significantly better than the low dose group, although the low dose group is also effective. Conclusion: Shenlian Tang can effectively control the occurrence and development of TWA, and significantly reduce the malignant ventricular arrhythmias. The curative effect is dose-dependent.
