目的观察丹参水溶性有效成分原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆游离钙浓度的影响。方法采用Fura-2定量分析法观测原儿茶醛对人红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度的影响。结果原儿茶醛能够降低人红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度,并呈剂量依赖性。结论丹参注射液增强红细胞变形能力的作用可能与其有效成分原儿茶醛降低红细胞胞浆Ca2+浓度有关。
Objective To observe the effect of protocatechualdehyde, a water-soluble active ingredient of Salvia miltiorrhiza, on the cytosolic free calcium concentration of human erythrocytes. Methods Fura-2 quantitative analysis was used to observe the effect of protocatechuic aldehyde on cytosolic Ca2+ concentration of human erythrocytes. Results Protocatechuic aldehyde could decrease the cytoplasmic Ca2+ concentration of human erythrocytes in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection may enhance the red blood cell deformability and its active ingredient protocatechuic aldehyde may reduce the cytoplasmic Ca2+ concentration of erythrocytes.
