详细介绍了新试剂N-邻甲苯基-N′-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(OM PT)的合成。经过红外、紫外、核磁共振和元素分析等方法测试,确定了其组成和结构。并研究了试剂与金(Ⅲ)的发色反应,建立了光度法测定微量金(Ⅲ)的新方法。在pH4.2~5.6 的HAc~NaAc 缓冲体系中,该试剂和金(Ⅲ)形成一种稳定的组成比为 1∶2 的水溶性配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于 312.8nm 处,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1.74×105L·m ol- 1 ·cm - 1。Au3+ 量在 0.20~8.40μg/25m L 服从比尔定律,相关系数r= 0.9998。将该法应用于金矿石中微量金的测定,获得满意的结果。
The synthesis of new reagent N-o-tolyl-N ’- (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (OM PT) was introduced in detail. After infrared, ultraviolet, nuclear magnetic resonance and elemental analysis methods to determine the composition and structure. The color reaction between gold (Ⅲ) and reagent was studied, and a new spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace gold (Ⅲ) was developed. In pH4.2 ~ 5.6 HAc ~ NaAc buffer system, the reagent and gold (Ⅲ) form a stable water-soluble complex with a composition ratio of 1: 2. The maximum absorption peak of the complex is at 312.8nm. The molar extinction coefficient was 1.74 × 105L · mol-1 · cm-1. Beer’s law was obeyed with the amount of Au3 + ranging from 0.20 to 8.40μg / 25m L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998. The method is applied to the determination of trace gold in gold ore and obtains satisfactory results.
