自2005年中国证券市场启动股权分置改革以来,中国公关市场又迎来了一个新的增长点——投资者关系(IR)。股市全流通时代,上市公司的IPO、增发、市值的表现,都将有赖于公司IR的运作。投资者关系作为独立职业开始在市场中初现作用,有实力与资源的公关公司都在开始试水这个领域,纷纷组建专业团队甚至成立分公司服务于上市公司对于投资者关系的需求。但是,目前中国投资者关系领域还存在着诸多问题和障碍。就其本身来说,存在鱼龙混杂、定位不清、专业水平不足等问题;就外部环境来说,中国证券市场的体制弊端、传播意识淡薄,也使投资者关系服务的真正价值没有得到市场的充分认可。为此《,国际公关》杂志邀请了三位来自投资者关系领域的资深专业人士,就上市公司投资者关系这个话题展开了深入的探讨。
