我厂用自制的内混合天然气割枪,采用外送粉的方式成功地切割了1800×1100毫米的不锈钢冒口。割枪及其咀子如图1所示。不锈钢切割时,由于氧化反应产生的高熔点(约2000℃)的Cr_2O_3熔渣,妨碍切割的正常进行。因此在大厚度切割中,采用铁粉助熔,去掉Cr_2O_3熔渣。铁粉输送咀起割咀外层咀套和输送铁粉两种作用。采用的铁粉为80~100目的低碳铁粉(含碳0.06~0.07%)。使用前,烘干过筛,而后装入送粉罐。送粉气为天燃气,其关路压力为2.2公斤/厘米~2,实际用1公斤/厘米~2。铁粉耗量为0.5公斤/分。切割的高压氧压力为8~9公斤/厘米~2,咀芯孔径为9.5毫米,其切割氧耗量为115~120米~3/小时。切割速度最大为60毫米/分。工件需预热
