电子商务网站的性能强大与否的决定因素,在于其基础系统服务的可靠性。要分析电子网站服务器的整体性能,首先需要对其网站工作负荷情况有明确的了解。在此领域已经有许多专业研究人才对此项研究展开了一系列探讨工作,确定了各类不同的网络服务器所能承载的工作负荷量,并开发了承载负荷的相应工具,为电子商务信息分析与处理提供了一定的参照条件。然而并没有分析网站层次内客户行为变化与站点的性能负荷量之间的相互联系。本文主要以多类队列网络客户行为变化为参照,研究了影响电子商务网站性能的站点商务功能,以此来进一步指导后期电子商务网站的具体容量策划。
The determining factor in the performance of e-commerce sites is the reliability of their underlying system services. To analyze the overall performance of an electronic web server, you first need to have a clear understanding of the workload on your web site. In this area, many professional researchers have carried out a series of discussions on this research, determined the workloads that various types of network servers can carry, and developed corresponding tools for carrying loads to analyze e-commerce information And processing provided some reference conditions. However, there is no analysis of the interlinkages between changes in customer behavior at the site level and the site’s performance load. This paper mainly focuses on the changes of customer behavior in many types of queuing networks, and studies the site business functions that affect the performance of e-commerce websites in order to further guide the planning of the specific capacity of the later e-commerce websites.
