近八年的小学数学教研工作,使我有更多的机会向老师们学习。在听课中,我发现有些教师潜心研究教材,努力挖掘教材中有利于培养学生智力的因素;有些教师善于调动学生学习的积极性,学生特别喜欢上他的数学课,教师教的轻松,学生学的愉快;有些教师不仅注意教具的演示,帮助学生理解数学知识,还十分重视指导学生动手操作,使学生动、思结合;有些教师对练习的设计有独到之处,既注意了坡度和层次,又富于启发性;还有些教师应变能力较强,善于调控教学进程……
Nearly eight years of primary school mathematics teaching and research, so I have more opportunities to learn from teachers.
