迄今体内各种阿片肽的生理功能还不清楚,近年来有人研究阿片肽与学习记忆的关系。氨基肽酶是脑啡肽降解酶之一,已有报道bestatin(一种氨基肽酶抑制剂)能减少脑啡肽的水解,有人应用bestatin研究阿片肽参与镇痛的机理。本工作首次应用bestatin于记忆的研究,观察注射bestatin于动物后,设想在抑制内源性脑啡肽降解的情况下,动物的记忆是否有变化。 训练CFW雄性小鼠学习两种行为反应,即抑制性回避反应和Y形迷宫辨别反应。训练后立即腹腔注射生理盐水或药物(对记忆巩固过程施加影响),24小时后测验记忆的保持。结果表明在两种行为反应
So far the physiological function of various opioid peptides in vivo is unclear. In recent years, some people have studied the relationship between opioid peptides and learning and memory. Aminopeptidase is one of the enkephalin degrading enzymes. It has been reported that bestatin (an aminopeptidase inhibitor) can reduce the enkephalin hydrolysis. Some people use bestatin to study the mechanism of opioid analgesia. This work for the first time using bestatin in memory of the study observed after injection of bestatin in animals, imagine the inhibition of endogenous enkephalin degradation, the animal’s memory is there any change.
