随着新课程的实施,学校、教师也面临着许多困惑:新课程背景下教师角色该如何定位,如何看待新的课堂教学和关注学生的发展,如何改进教学方式和评价方式等等。这些困惑给教师提出了全新的挑战和要求,一时间老师们感到无所适从。面对这种状况,以校为本的教研活动,成为了一条新的教师发展之路,这种以学校为基地,以教师为主体,以师生发展为目的的教研形式,成为了老师得以茁壮成长的土壤。为了推动教育教学工作的稳步发展,为了对教师的发展负责,让教师的能力得到最大提升,我们毅然走上了校本教研之路。
With the implementation of the new curriculum, schools and teachers also face many puzzles: how to position teachers’ role in the context of new curriculum, how to treat new classroom teaching and attention to student development, how to improve teaching methods and evaluation methods, and so on. These confusion to teachers put forward new challenges and requirements, for a time teachers feel at a loss. Faced with this situation, the school-based teaching and research activities have become a new way for teachers to develop. This form of teaching and research, with the school as the base, the teacher as the main body, and the teachers and students as the goal, has become Sturdy soil. In order to promote the steady development of education and teaching, in order to be responsible for the development of teachers and to maximize the ability of teachers, we resolutely embarked on a school-based approach to teaching and research.
