目的 :研究端粒酶在切除食管癌标本中的活性。方法 :采用端粒酶重复扩增 (TRAP) -微孔板杂交法 ,对 15 0例切除食管癌标本癌中央组织、癌旁 1cm、3cm、以及 5~ 6 cm处 4块组织进行端粒酶活性分析。结果 :端粒酶在食管癌组织中央部位的阳性检出率为 98% ,癌旁 1cm处组织中的阳性率为 72 % ,癌旁 3cm处的阳性率为 42 % ,癌旁 5~ 6 cm处的正常组织阳性率为 4%。结论 :端粒酶活性在切除食管癌标本中的差异性分布对判断食管癌切除范围以及预后等具有一定的指导意义。
Objective: To study the activity of telomerase in resection of esophageal cancer specimens. METHODS: Telomeric enzyme was used to perform telomerase activity on four tissues of 15 specimens of resected esophageal carcinoma, 1 cm, 3 cm, and 5-6 cm of the tumor using telomerase repeat amplification (TRAP)-microplate hybridization method. Activity analysis. RESULTS: The positive detection rate of telomerase in the central part of esophageal cancer was 98%, the positive rate in the tissue 1cm near the tumor was 72%, the positive rate in 3cm near the tumor was 42%, and the adjacent tumor was 5-6cm. The positive rate of normal tissue was 4%. Conclusion : The differential distribution of telomerase activity in resected esophageal cancer specimens has certain guiding significance for judging the scope and prognosis of esophageal cancer resection.
