1989年夏秋季,在我院门诊发现手足口病16例,现报告于下。临床资料:0.5～1岁9例,～2岁5例,～4岁1例,～6岁1例;男10例,女6例。16例患儿中均有发热,最高可达39℃,并伴有上呼吸道感染症状。白细胞计数:3～5×10~9/L 6例,～10×10~9/L 4例,～13×10~9/L4例;白细胞分类:N0.5～0.7 13例,～0.81例,L0.2～0.3 14例。2例未查血象。皮疹情况:皮疹最多见于口腔有15例,余依次为手14例,足13例,臀部3例,腕、小腿
In the summer of 1989, 16 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease were found in our clinic, and the report is now under. Clinical data: 9 cases of 0.5-1 years old, 5 cases of ~ 2 years old, 1 case of ~ 4 years old and 1 case of ~ 6 years old. There were 10 males and 6 females. 16 cases of children have fever, up to 39 ℃, and accompanied by symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection. White blood cell count: 3 ~ 5 × 10 ~ 9 / L in 6 cases, ~ 10 × 10 ~ 9 / L in 4 cases, ~ 13 × 10 ~ 9 / L in 4 cases; white blood cell classification: N0.5 ~ 0.713 cases, ~ 0.81 cases , L0.2 ~ 0.314 cases. 2 cases did not check the blood. Rash: rash most seen in the oral cavity in 15 cases, followed by hand in 14 cases, 13 cases of foot, hip in 3 cases, wrist, leg
