目的 :研究99mTc标记抗卵巢上皮癌单克隆抗体COC183B2 在荷瘤裸鼠体内的分布 ,并进行放射免疫显像 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :COC183B2 用预亚锡法标记后 ,经腹腔注入荷瘤裸鼠体内 ,在 2 4小时进行放射免疫显像 ,并观察裸鼠体内的生物学分布。结果 :与对照组相比 ,标记抗体在肿瘤组织中出现了特异性浓聚。获得清晰的显像 ,T/NT比值在 0 99~ 5 99之间 ,T/B比值为 1 19。结论 :说明COC183B2 可特异地与卵巢癌结合 ,具有导向卵巢癌的作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution of 99mTc labeled anti-ovarian epithelial carcinoma monoclonal antibody COC183B2 in tumor-bearing nude mice and to perform radioimmunoimaging to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods: COC183B2 was stained with pre-stannous method and then injected into tumor-bearing nude mice intraperitoneally. Radioimmunoimaging was performed 24 hours later. The biological distribution of COC183B2 in nude mice was observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the labeled antibody showed specific concentration in the tumor tissue. A clear visualization was obtained with a T / NT ratio between 0 99 and 5 99 and a T / B ratio of 1 19. Conclusion: COC183B2 can specifically bind to ovarian cancer and have the function of directing ovarian cancer
