采用斯佩克特工作满意度量表,选取昭通市10个县市的60所农村中学的300名教师进行测试,探讨昭通市农村中学教师的工作满意度现状。结果表明:农村中学教师的工作满意度不容乐观,身负重任的农村教师的工作状况令人堪忧。解决问题的对策和建议:进行感情激励;树立正确的教师价值观与态度;构建完善的知识结构,增强竞争意识;提高领导者的素质,努力提高管理水平;改革薪酬分配制度,提高农村教师待遇;创设开放性组织,建立以人为本的教师管理体制,营造充满人文关怀的工作组织氛围;强化农村教师技能培训,提高教育教学水平;逐步改善农村中学教师的工作环境、工作条件。
Using Spector’s Job Satisfaction Scale, 300 teachers in 60 rural middle schools in 10 counties and cities in Zhaotong City were selected for testing, and the status quo of job satisfaction of rural middle school teachers in Zhaotong City was discussed. The result shows that the job satisfaction of teachers in rural middle schools is not optimistic, and the job of rural teachers with heavy responsibility is worrying. Countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem: to carry out emotional stimulation; establish correct teachers’ values and attitudes; to establish a sound knowledge structure and enhance the sense of competition; to improve the quality of leaders and efforts to improve the management level; to reform the salary distribution system to improve the treatment of rural teachers; The establishment of open-ended organizations, the establishment of a people-oriented teacher management system to create a humane care atmosphere for the work organization; to strengthen skills training of rural teachers to improve education and teaching levels; and gradually improve the rural middle school teachers working environment and working conditions.
