本文研究了轧后快冷时间对控轧低碳钢板组织和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,随快冷时间的延长,控冷低碳钢的α_s 及σ_b 提高,而ψ及δ_5略有降低;FATT 及-40℃α_K 则呈现出复杂的变化;力学性能的这种变化决定于组织变化。本文还探讨了控制冷却低碳钢板的强韧化机制。
In this paper, the effect of rapid cooling after rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of controlled-rolled mild steel plate was studied. The experimental results show that the α_s and σ_b of controlled cold mild steel increase with the increase of quick cooling time, while the values of ψ and δ_5 decrease slightly. The changes of FATT and α_K at -40 ℃ show complicated changes. The change of mechanical properties determines Changes in the organization. This article also explores the toughening mechanism for controlling the cooling of mild steel.
