应用综合分析手段对航空电机转子铝镍钴磁钢的碎裂行为进行了研究。通过对真空熔注与非真空熔注的铝镍钴磁钢的冶金质量分析,说明真空熔注的铝镍钴磁钢的质量与非真空熔注比较有明显提高,使用的可靠性得到保障。
The fragmentation behavior of aero-rotor AlNiCo magnets was studied by means of comprehensive analysis. Through the metallurgical quality analysis of vacuum melting and non-vacuum melting alnico magnets, the results show that the quality of Al-Ni-Co magnets vacuum-infused is obviously improved compared with that of non-vacuum melting, and the reliability of use is guaranteed.
