水冷齿轮箱是无料钟高炉炉顶设备的核心部件,其功能是驱动并控制布料溜槽旋转和倾动,以满足高炉不同的布料要求。以某高炉炉顶齿轮箱为研究对象,采用虚拟样机技术,开展高炉齿轮箱的动力学仿真研究。研究结果表明,水冷齿轮箱布料溜槽在高速旋转和低速旋转时溜槽外圈齿轮所受啮合力相对较小;当溜槽倾动运动时溜槽外圈齿轮所受的啮合力变得很大,其最大值是溜槽旋转运动时溜槽外圈齿轮所受啮合力的两倍,说明布料器在溜槽倾动运动时不是很稳定。
Water-cooled gearbox is the core part of the furnace-free blast furnace top equipment, its function is to drive and control the fabric chute rotation and tilting to meet the different requirements of the blast furnace fabric. With a blast furnace top gearbox as the research object, the virtual prototype technology was used to carry out the dynamics simulation research of blast furnace gearbox. The results show that the meshing force of the gear on the outer ring of the chute is relatively small when the water chute gear is placed on the chute at high speed and low speed. When the chute tilts, the meshing force of the gear on the outer ring becomes very large. Is the chute rotary movement of the outer ring gear meshing force suffered twice, indicating the distributor in the chute tilting movement is not very stable.
