美国质量协会(ASQ)、美国生产力与质量中心(APQC)自2013年5月发布的《全球质量状况研究报告》(以下简称“报告”)中提供了大量关于质量专业人士及组织应用实践现状的基础数据,这一突破性的研究以其兼具包容性和深刻性的宝贵成果,为我们了解质量行业的现状提供了全新的素材。《上海质量》2013年第六期报道刊登了该报告第一部分“发现2013”的主要内容,通过描绘基准、确定差异,为下一步的研究指明了方向。本文为2013《全球质量状况研究报告》阶段成果第二部分研究的部分内容,将更为清晰地揭示质量学科的一些发展动向,并进而促进全球质量业界的广泛对话。ASQ的《全球质量状况研究报告》包含多个阶段的研究成果,此次发布的内容为读者提供了一个完美的视角,在对全球质量专业人士及管理者进行访谈调查的基础上,总结出极具价值的结论性内容,并辅以详实的数据分析。下一阶段即将发布的“焦点”报告部分,将重点说明不同国家、组织规模或行业之间存在质量实践活动差异的原因。
The American Quality Institute (ASQ) and the American Center for Productivity and Quality (APQC) provide a wealth of information about quality professionals and organizations applying practice in the Global Quality Status Study Report (the “Report”) released in May 2013, Based on the current status quo, this groundbreaking study, with its valuable results of inclusiveness and profoundness, provides a completely new source for understanding the status quo of the quality industry. The sixth issue of “Shanghai Quality” 2013 published the main contents of the “Found 2013” section of the report. Delineating the differences by benchmarking outlines the direction for the next study. This article, part of the second part of the 2013 GLOBAL RESULTS REPORT, will shed some light on some of the developments in the quality disciplines and further promote a broad dialogue among the global quality community.
