很多名人名家都强调过在教育中进行特殊的“交往”对于教育活动是极其有帮助的。随着新课改的普及,当中有一项要求在教师教学过程中重视师生或生生之间的沟通交流。而实际上,在教育中有这种“交往活动”存在仍然没有得到普及,师生之间沟通较少,由于课堂时间有限,教学内容繁多,老师主要还是以教授知识点为主,确保学生在规定时间完成已定的教学目标,同时也存在诸多问题。提高课堂效率的主要途径就是采取有效的教学策略,从影响课堂教学效率的因素分析,促进学生学习从而提高教学目标。
