目的了解新疆和田地区学生营养知识、饮食行为情况,为提高学生健康水平提供依据。方法对和田地区281名维族和248名汉族中学生进行营养知识、饮食态度和饮食行为等问卷调查。结果对《中国居民膳食指南》的熟悉程度汉族学生(61.3%)高于维族(42.0%);汉族学生营养知识得分(4.3)高于维族(3.1);在饮食态度中“是否纠正不良饮食习惯”和“认为营养知识对健康的影响”两族学生间有差异;在“早餐食用频率”方面类似。不同民族学生不吃早餐最主要原因依次为睡太迟、来不及、不饿和其他;维族学生“三餐定时定量”比汉族高8.3个百分点。结论和田地区汉族和维族学生的营养知识和饮食习惯存在问题,应加强营养知识教育,纠正不合理饮食习惯。
Objective To understand the nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors of students in Hotan, Xinjiang, to provide basis for improving the students’ health. Methods A total of 281 Uygur and 248 Han middle school students in Hetian area were investigated for nutritional knowledge, eating habits and dietary behaviors. (61.3%) were higher than those of Uighurs (42.0%); Han students’ nutrition knowledge scores (4.3) were higher than Uighurs (3.1); in the attitude of eating, “whether to correct bad diet Habits ”and“ think the impact of nutritional knowledge on health ”“ There are differences between the two groups of students; they are similar in terms of breakfast frequency. ” Students of different nationalities did not eat breakfast, followed by sleep too late, too late, not hungry and others; Uyghur students “regular meals ” 8.3% higher than the Han nationality. Conclusion There are some problems in nutritional knowledge and eating habit of Han and Uyghur students in Hetian area. Nutrition knowledge education should be strengthened to correct unhealthy dietary habits.
