TTX is a typical sodium channel blocker. TTX is reported to have antagonistic effects on arrhythmias caused by aconitine, ouabain, barium chloride and ligation of dog coronary arteries. But because of its toxicity, it is difficult to apply in clinical treatment of arrhythmia alone. However, the domestic river mandarin fish is rich in resources, and has been extracted in 1981 pure, high yield. Therefore, in order to explore the possible clinical use of TTX and explore the domestic and international market, this article combined domestic TTX with several known anti-arrhythmic drugs to observe the effect of TTX on the efficacy and toxicity of the latter.
